WHO IS JIMMY DANNER?
A Builder of Businesses, People, and Possibilities
I grew up in Orange Park Acres, California, surrounded by farms, animals, hard work, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
As a young boy, I learned that if you wanted something to grow, you had to plant it, care for it, and stay committed long enough to see the results. I sold produce and avocados from the family property, learning some of my first lessons about entrepreneurship, communication, responsibility, and serving others.
I was also introduced to construction at a young age. That experience gave me what I call a builder’s mindset, the ability to look at an idea, understand what it needs, and begin turning it into something real.
Construction taught me something that applies to every part of life:
Anything built to last must begin with a strong foundation.

You cannot build an exceptional life, career, business, or team on a weak foundation. You need character. You need vision. You need communication. You need discipline. And you need the courage to keep moving when the outcome is not guaranteed.
Those lessons became part of who I am—and eventually became the foundation of The Ripple Effect 101.

It was built over time—through entrepreneurship, construction, business, responsibility, personal development, difficult decisions, successes, setbacks, and working with people from many different walks of life.
I have learned that leadership often appears long before someone receives a title.
It appears when you keep your word.
It appears when you make a difficult decision based on what is right.
It appears when you help someone who is struggling.
It appears when you stay disciplined, even when no one is watching.
And it appears when your actions encourage someone else to believe that more is possible for their life.
My journey has taught me that great leadership begins on the inside. Before you can effectively lead a company, a team, a family, or a community, you must first learn how to lead yourself.

Why I Created This Program
I created The Ripple Effect 101 because I saw too many capable people being left behind—not because they lacked intelligence, talent, or potential, but because no one had helped them build a strong leadership foundation.
Many people are told to work harder, be more confident, take initiative, communicate better, or become a leader.
But they are rarely shown how.
They may want a better career, greater responsibility, stronger relationships, or more direction in life, but they do not always have the tools to move from where they are to where they want to be.
The Ripple Effect 101 was created to help change that.
This is not simply a course about holding a leadership position.
It is a foundation-building program designed to help people develop the qualities, habits, and tools that prepare them to become exceptional leaders.
Think of it like building with concrete and rebar.
The concrete creates the foundation. The rebar gives it strength. The pillars built deep in the ground determine how high the structure can rise.

My mission is to help people recognize their potential, build a strong leadership foundation, and develop the courage to take meaningful action.
I especially want to reach young adults, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and hardworking blue-collar professionals who know they are capable of more but may not have had access to the right guidance or tools.
I do not want people to reach the end of their careers—or the end of their lives—and wonder what might have happened if they had believed in themselves, developed their abilities, or taken that first step.
I want people to move forward with clarity instead of confusion, confidence instead of constant self-doubt, and purpose instead of simply going through the motions.
No one should be left behind simply because no one showed them how to build the foundation.
